Subscription Terms & Conditions
OVERVIEW
These Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Subscription Terms") govern all subscription-based purchases made through realformulas.com. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Subscription Terms and the general Terms of Service, these Subscription Terms shall apply.
SECTION 1 - HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of your selected product(s) based on the frequency and duration you choose at checkout. Available subscription intervals will be displayed on the product page prior to purchase. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize Real Formulas USA to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected interval until the subscription is cancelled.
SECTION 2 - PRICING & DISCOUNT
Subscription orders are eligible for a discounted rate as displayed at the time of purchase. Real Formulas USA reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If a price change affects your active subscription, we will notify you in advance. Your continued subscription following such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
SECTION 3 - BILLING & PAYMENT
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically before each scheduled delivery. Charges will appear on your statement as Real Formulas USA. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. In the event of repeated payment failure, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You agree to keep your billing information current and accurate. For more details, see Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You may manage your subscription — including changing your delivery frequency, updating your shipping address, swapping products, pausing, or cancelling — at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain a direct link to your subscription management portal. You may also manage your subscription by logging into your account at realformulas.com.
SECTION 5 - CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled renewal date. Charges for orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be refunded unless the order qualifies under our Returns & Exchanges policy. Real Formulas USA reserves the right to cancel any subscription at any time at our discretion, with notice provided to the email address on file.
SECTION 6 - AUTO-RENEWAL
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will not be entitled to a refund for a renewal charge if cancellation was not completed prior to that date.
SECTION 7 - SKIPPING & PAUSING
You may skip or pause an upcoming delivery at any time through your subscription management portal. Skip or pause requests must be submitted before your next scheduled order processing date to take effect for that delivery.
SECTION 8 - SHIPPING
All subscription orders are subject to our standard Shipping Policy as outlined on our Shipping and Returns page. Subscription orders receive the same free shipping benefit as one-time purchases. Delivery times may vary and Real Formulas USA is not responsible for carrier delays.
SECTION 9 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Subscription orders are subject to the same Returns & Exchanges policy as one-time purchases. Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a return. Opened or used supplements are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page for full details on how to initiate a return.
SECTION 10 - MODIFICATIONS TO SUBSCRIPTION OFFERINGS
Real Formulas USA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription offering at any time without prior notice. If a product in your active subscription is discontinued, we will notify you and provide options to switch to an alternative product or cancel your subscription at no penalty.

You can review the most current version of these Subscription Terms at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Subscription Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of any subscription following the posting of any changes to these Subscription Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
